David Kalosis, Principal
Mr. Kalosis has 20 years of practical experience providing data-driven, strategic guidance to corporate decision makers across multiple industries. He started Strategic Insights LLC in 2007 as a market research and consulting company to provide strategic solutions to builders, developers, banks and capital investment groups throughout the Southeast U.S. on real estate-related projects. Along the way, David also served as the Senior Vice President for John Burns Real Estate Consulting, where he led consulting projects and contributed to the research services team for the Southeast. Prior to that, David was the Southeast Area Vice President of Strategic Marketing for a national homebuilder, where he oversaw market research strategy and positioning for several markets in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.
